Days 216-249
I didn’t take pictures of food during this period, but did keep tracking calories with MyFitnessPal. Taking pictures of the food isn’t helping me achieve my goals anymore and is not the best use of my time, but tracking is still a good idea.
Starting today, I’m going to list:
Approximate calories eatenWorkouts(s)Any notes or thoughts if I feel like it
I’ll skip the pictures unless it’s something special.
